Re:Mind brings something new and unique to London – it's the capital's first meditation studio. We all know that life in London can be stressful sometimes, but this space is wholly dedicated to peace and calm, providing a welcome respite from the hectic pace of city life. A range of sessions are on offer to help you unwind and restore balance. Relaxing yin yoga classes are held, and you can participate in regenerative breath-work meditations, sound healing, and meditation-based healing sessions.

Sessions here are a bit pricey but completely worth it. The style of the place is really cosy and relaxing and you're encouraged to sit down and have tea and take your time both before and after a class. I was almost late because of a signal failure at Brixton but the staff were super kind and helpful and immediately offered to rebook me into a later class that day if I didn't make it. During the session you can hear trains from Victoria regularly, for some people this may be a distraction but it's fine if you just accept it as part of the experience.
