Re:Mind Studio

Re:Mind brings something new and unique to London – it's the capital's first meditation studio. We all know that life in London can be stressful sometimes, but this space is wholly dedicated to peace and calm, providing a welcome respite from the hectic pace of city life.

From the moment you enter, you'll be met by tranquil and contemporary surroundings and welcomed into a space where you can really unwind. Plants, including a floor-to-ceiling plant wall, lots of natural light, and Himalayan rock salt lamps create the right atmosphere. For anyone who feels hurried, stressed, disconnected or out of balance, Re:Mind is here to support your wellbeing.

You can take part in sessions in-person or online. A range of sessions are on offer to help you unwind and restore balance. Relaxing yin yoga classes are held, and you can participate in regenerative breath-work meditations, sound healing, and meditation-based healing sessions. Class sizes are limited to just 16 participants so that everyone receives the personalised support and attention they need.

Whether you want to dip your toe into what the studio can offer or you're ready to commit to an ongoing membership, a range of packages are available. You can also book passes for one or two individual classes if you just want to find out more. Private sessions are also available for more intensive healing. If you want to commit to yoga, meditation, and enhancing your health and wellbeing, this is a unique and innovative place to do it.
