Bordering on Hyde Park on the west, Kensington Gardens are often mistaken for Hyde Park – understandable, as there’s no clear line between the two and the primary difference is in the opening hours, with the Gardens closing at dusk. The park spreads out from Kensington Palace in the east and includes the Serpentine Gallery, an interactive statue to its fictional hero Peter Pan, and the ornate Albert Memorial.

Nice place for a walk, you can see lots of interesting birds here. The Italian Gardens are also well worth checking out

One of my favorit things to do when I’m in London is to take a walk through Kensington park ( and then trough Hyde park). It’s so beautiful and peaceful and a great contrast to the loudly city around it. Take a coffee or and ice cream and just sit there for a while.
