Ara is an all-day restaurant by Turkish chef Murat Kilic, drawing inspiration from around the world to offer a diverse assortment of flavours and culinary traditions. The food is paired with a curated wine list. Featuring both indoor and outdoor seating, the Aldgate East restaurant subscribes to a sustainable ethos, upcycling industrial waste such as steel offcuts and pineapple farm discards for lighting fixtures and pineapple leather upholstery.
