The Bao café is a modern take on the Taiwanese tea shop, offering up drinks and snacks in a bright and open environment. The menu includes a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian bao buns, tea snacks like beef tendon nuggets and aubergine fritters, and rice plates with various toppings. You can also drop in for a bubble tea or cocktail using Asian ingredients like plum sake and Taiwanese black tea.

Love the bao buns, so fluffy and nice. They make a perfect snack or light meal. The sweet ones are good too, especially the custard one.

Really cool cafe in king's cross with a restaurant and take away bakery. The baos are extremely tasty and their entire menu is worth a try. Would recommend.

Worth going just for the salted egg custard bao. Incredible
