Since opening in 2014, queues outside of Dishoom have been a fixture of King's Cross. The hyped restaurant has been a major draw for locals and out-of-towners alike with its lively vibe and tasteful setting. The extensive menu of Indian staples rooted in street food cuisine, such as roti rolls, chaat and samosas helps as well, as does the chain's signature black daal, slowly cooked over 24 hours. Oh, while waiting for your table, do dip into the basement bar for a comfy house cocktail such as the hoppy butter punch.

A must for any visit in London. The flagship Dishoom outpost, get ready to queue on a Friday night. Food is absolutely delicious, especially the lamb special.
Great for big groups or for people visiting out of town.
