There's a reason that this burger won the National UK Burger of the Year award in 2020. It's a burger that was born out of the love for the classic New York City burger from Zaitzeff in the East Village. It's made using rare-breed, grass-fed beef from small farms around the UK, which is dry-aged and cooked to order, resulting in a deep, rich beefy flavour that's hard to come across anywhere else. You can choose from a selection of simple burgers paired with American cheese and special scratch sauce, with a variety of fries and ice cream shakes for sides.
