Born out of the need for more space during the pandemic, Caravel occupies a converted Dutch barge moored on the Regent's Canal, next to its parent Studio Kitchen in Islington. It serves a changing European menu with French and Italian influences, so expect anything from duck croquettes to white crab & fennel tagliatelle. The gentle swaying you're feeling, however, might be the river – or it might be the refined cocktail selection.
