Bakery by day, restaurant by night – or rather, from lunch to dinner – Don't Tell Dad is a venture by Coco di Mama co-founder Daniel Land. He's assembled quite a team around him, including former Layla head baker Keren Sternberg to run the sweet and savoury pastry side of things in the mornings, and former Noble Rot, Forza Wine, and Spring chef Luke Frankie to take care of the rest of the day with his inventive take on European cuisine.
