Tom Sellers, the acclaimed chef behind the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Story, is also behind Dovetale, a new opening at the first European outpost of the luxury 1 Hotel brand. Here, Sellers' commitment to sustainability and seasonal produce is highlighted through an à la carte menu, accompanied by specialities off the grill, a raw bar and an extensive wine list. A knickerbocker glory trolley promises to add a dash of tableside entertainment as well, there's a terrace for al fresco dining. and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a fresh ambiance inside as well.
