The somewhat misleadingly named Iberia is not a Spanish outfit, but a Georgian one, inspired by the early Georgian state of Iberia. The menu here is stacked with less familiar but flavourful specialties with a long tradition, for example ajapsandali ratatouille, tsitsila adjikashi – flat fried baby chicken in spicy hot sauce, served with potatoes, or khinkali dumplings. You can also get the famous khachapuri baked breads with various toppings, as well as try Georgian wines.
