Kaia

Kaia is a lively Asian Pacific restaurant at The Ned. If you're craving healthy and refined food in a setting that's equally as elegant, this place will be right up your street. There's an open kitchen with bar seating so you can see the chefs in action, as well as comfortable booths with green upholstery. It's a great match with the towering emerald green columns in the space and the classic chequered flooring. 

The menu includes a considerable selection of sashimi and sushi, including a vegan selection. Expect premium ingredients like Japanese wagyu beef, fatty tuna, and fresh oysters. Things get particularly exciting if you head to Kaya for lunch on Saturdays. At this time you get a unique omakase menu prepared by the head chef, full of seasonal dishes and guidance about the inspiration and provenance of each one.
