Stylishly panelled in dark wood, Kimchee in Pancras Square brings Korean authenticity to the table with a variety of traditional dishes, marinated in sauces and spices for a full-on flavour onslaught. There are plenty of rice, noodle and pot dishes to choose from on the menu, many featuring the titular fermented cabbage, but venture into the downstairs dining room for a special social experience in the evening.
