Kol

Additional information: In 2023, the restaurant entered The World's 50 Best Restaurants list at #23, the highest of all the London restaurants, before rising to #17 in 2024.

Since its opening in 2020, Kol has been on the rise, accumulating accolades from the start. It's gone from hot new opening to one of Marylebone's best, then one of London's top Mexican spots, and now sits comfortably among the world's finest, Michelin star and all. The magic comes from Chef Santiago Lastra, whose idea of combining traditional Mexican cooking with seasonal British ingredients results in something different and exciting. The space is warm and earthy, with an open kitchen, private dining options upstairs, and a moody Mezcaleria below serving some of the UK's best agave-based cocktails.
