Beneath its arched ceilings, the Knightsbridge eatery, opened in 1968, helped pioneer numerous concepts that are considered the norm today. Besides bringing together exotic cuisine and familiar service, Mr Chow was one of the first to display important original artwork in its dining room. It remains a beautiful, elegantly furnished venue to this day, catering to fashionable crowds in search of sophisticated Chinese fare.
