Hand-pulled noodles are the highlight of Noodle Inn, whose debut Soho location has been drawing crowds since it opened in mid-2024. It's run by Alex Xu, the mastermind behind Kung-Fu Noodle in Chinatown, who has created this new venture to spread more dishes and flavours from China, and its success has led to a second branch in Spitalfields. Alongside hand-pulled noodles, tongguan roujamo sandwiches, a Shaanxi Province speciality, are also a highlight.
