Relaunched in 2026 with the specific aim of regaining a Michelin star, French restaurant Orrery offers an immersive dining experience that takes guests from an intimate wine room through to a beautiful dining room. Following wine and champagne tastings in the wine room, the menu leans into classical French technique and seasonal British produce in dishes like Brittany galette, bouillabaise, and John Dory with brown crab, fresh pea, and lemon verbena.
