Ploussard

Ploussard is a snug restaurant and wine bar in Battersea Rise, backed by the folks who made a name for themselves dishing up contemporary fried chicken as Other Side Fried at the same site. The kitchen serves a seasonal menu with dishes such as BBQ scallop with Jerusalem artichoke and back fat, or gnocchi with winter girolles, Comte and vin jaune cream. The wine list features low-intervention wines from around the world.
