Formerly run by MasterChef winner Steven Edwards, the restaurant at the Bingham Riverhouse hotel has been taken over by award-winning chef Vanessa Marks. She is in charge of the seasonal menus highlighting quality British produce, transparent sourcing, and sustainabilty. You can enjoy your meal in the elegant Georgian setting of the hotel's dining room or on the riverside terrace with splendid views of the Thames. On Saturdays they serve brunch, and on Sundays you can come for a roast dinner.
