Having previously worked under Yotam Ottolenghi, this is the first solo venture from the chef. The interior is bright, modern, and inviting. You'll see art on the walls and shelves lined with the house-made pickles, preserves, oils, and spice mixes that help to make the flavours of the dishes pop. Explore the food through the set menu with options like short rib pastrami, nasi jagung, and a matcha swiss roll, or dive headfirst with one of the tasting menus. As well as a menu for omnivores, there's a dedicated vegan tasting menu too. Ever inclusive, wine flights are on offer to complement the menu but you can also choose a flight of non-alcoholic drinks, featuring mixed options with tempting ingredients like tomatoes marinated in soy or pearl barley water with coconut, a childhood favourite of Scully's.

The tasting menus guide you through multiple courses of imaginative dishes from an arepa with aubergine sambal to BBQ stone bass and caramelised coconut sticky rice.
