At Spring in Somerset House, head chef Skye Gyngell serves seasonal menus that change daily, showcasing quality produce. As well as the somewhat pricier à la carte menu there's a set two- or three- course lunch option and their innovative “Scratch” menu. Available for just one hour in the evening, this menu is made from waste and surplus ingredients to highlight the issue of food waste.
