Sushi Kanesaka is a luxury place for sushi from top chef Shinji Kanesaka. His flagship Tokyo restaurant has two Michelin stars; this is his first opening outside of the Asian Pacific. It has nine counter seats and four for private dining, with a geisha-trained hostess in charge of the proceedings. The curated space evokes the feel of a traditional Tokyo sushi restaurant. Meals are multiple-course omakase experiences using authentic ingredients and UK seafood.
