The Canary Wharf branch of Tattu is inspired by traditional Chinese floating restaurants, with four “realms” based on ancient maritime mythology. The menu features Chinese cuisine, updated for the modern age with intriguing combinations and ingredients. The plates are arranged in imaginative fashion, with dishes looking like a dragon's egg or a goldfish bowl almost making it a shame to sink your teeth in.
