Strongly opposed to industrial farming, the Temper smokehouses around the city butcher in-house – right in the middle of the restaurant, actually. The open kitchens and fire pits turn barbecuing into a form of entertainment as much as art, serving up prime cuts, seafood and tacos in a smoky setting. The Shoreditch venue is the first Temper to also have a dedicated cocktail bar with regular DJ sets.
