A meat lovers' paradise that’s strongly opposed to industrial farming, the Temper restaurants butcher in-house – right in the middle of the space, actually, with the open kitchens and open fire pits turning barbecuing into a form of entertainment as much as art. The fire pit in the basement Soho venue is one of the largest in London, and you can enjoy the proceedings while sitting in one of the booths and sipping on a mezcal cocktail.
