The Aubrey is a unique Japanese izakaya at the Mandarin Oriental luxury hotel in Knightsbridge. In addition to serving traditional Japanese dishes every night, the establishment boasts the city's first-ever omakase cocktail experience, with Bar Director Pietro Rizzo and his team taking up to six guests at a time on a two-hour adventure of innovative cocktails, Japanese flavours, and Asian ingredients in The Aubrey's speakeasy.
