When Romain came to London, he planned to learn English and head back home, but after working in a French restaurant, he decided to open his own street food venture, The Frenchie. They now have branches around the city, at the Southbank Centre, Broadway Market, Victoria Park Market and Canopy Market, where they serve high-quality duck confit burgers made with produce from the best French food suppliers.
