As you've probably guessed, family-run restaurant The Seafood Bar specialises in seafood. Starting out in The Netherlands, it has now expanded to Soho. If you're after a meal involving fresh seafood served in a myriad of ways, this restaurant might be the place.

The Seafood Bar has a classic blue exterior and a bright interior with neon signs shaped like crustaceans and artwork to match. The contemporary style is complemented by rugged exposed brick walls and white pillars. You can see fresh seafood on display at the counter – it'll certainly give you an appetite. 

The restaurant is committed to serving seafood that's sustainable as well as top quality. The restaurant works with innovative sustainable fisheries and focuses on shellfish because of its low impact on the planet. The Seafood Bar serves Nordic Blu salmon, considered the finest in the world and sourced from the Skjerstad Fjord in Norway.

Naturally, the menu is heavy on fish and seafood but still has variety. You can munch on classic fish and chips, indulge with oysters, or eat a mixed grill with a range of seafood and fish for a little bit of everything. If seafood really isn't your bag, chicken breast with tarragon mash and a couple of veggie dishes are served. A considered wine and champagne list is available, with most vintages on offer by the glass. Classic cocktails, local beers, and non-alcoholic drinks are served too. This is definitely a restaurant for fish fanatics but there's something for every seafood lover.
