Tobi Masa

This is the first stand-alone London restaurant by one of the most prominent Japanese chefs of our time, Masayoshi “Masa” Takayama. Conceived as a continuation of his three Michelin-starred headquarters in New York, Tobi Masa at the Chancery Rosewood hotel puts Takayama's culinary mastery on full display, including both signature dishes like Peking duck tacos and new, London-specific creations. The venue has its own bar and also offers an omakase experience.
