Dishes at Vegan Yes are influenced by the principles of traditional medicine. Ingredients are intended to be good for your mind, body, and soul. The food is plant-based, without preservatives or refined sugars, and there are some raw dishes on the menu. Probiotics are also promoted here through homemade kimchi – four different types of kimchi are available, served in a myriad of ways.

Try kimchi served on top of inari, in a vegan burger, or served with homemade cannabis sausages. You can also enjoy the kimchi of your choice here in a more traditional way, with udon or bibimbap. Spaghetti, sandwiches, and bruschetta, all served with kimchi are also sometimes available. You can even try kimchi in a cocktail!

If kimchi isn’t your thing then there’s still plenty to enjoy. Sample imaginative fusion dishes like Neapolitan-style kimbap or toppognochi – a blend of Korean rice sticks and Italian gnocchi in a tomato and fermented chilli sauce. These dishes are flavour-filled culture clashes. Alcoholic drinks, including Italian wines and international beers, are served too.
