Whole Beast brings a rock'n'roll approach to nose-to-tail cooking, doing things over a live fire most of wouldn't even dream of. Their signature burger is an award-winning, er, beast that helped earn their pop-up residencies a cult following, but there's more to their first permanent location in Brixton than that, including Sunday dinners featuring whole joints roasted over coals. Craft beers, cocktails, and natural wines provide the ideal accompaniment.
