This place makes me want to move to London, just so I could enjoy their hand pulled noodles on a regular basis. Even though many of their signature dishes are quite “simple”, the handcraft makes it an absolute divine experience.
The combination of flavours and spices in their famous, special sauce is just perfect, and the noodles (which you can see the cook making in the open kitchen) are al dente and chewy.
The staff is really polite and helpful, and you get your order in just a few minutes.
