I bought a deal for keratin treatment that applied to shoulder-length hair. When I sat in the chair, I heard an older woman tell me that I had to pay at least 400 SEK more, without even saying hello. I said I have shoulder-length hair and it's very thin. I told her that's how they exploit customers through Lets Deal, she backed off and said I would lose money. I also overheard her telling another hairdresser who had a customer that the customer would have to pay 1000 SEK on top of the deal, in another language. She seems to own the salon. I refused and walked away. Very rude and poor customer service. You customers read, listen to other reviewers before booking an appointment at Studio 57 Gothenburg. /Joanne
