There were high expectations when we visited the Gondola after their reopening. Unfortunately, there were some teething problems that characterized our evening. Waiting for two hours for our main courses was awkward, and the food, when it finally arrived, was good but lacked that little extra that we had hoped for. Far too bright lighting in the restaurant which made it difficult to enjoy the otherwise incredible view, which is one of the Gondola's great advantages. With some improvements in the service, food, and atmosphere, they can clearly maintain their position as an iconic restaurant in Stockholm.
