Varning för Sängvaruhuset Elgen och Qliro pga extremt slarvig hantering av administration eller i värsta fall försök till bedrägeri med falsk faktura! Handla inte av Sängvaruhuset Elgen. Jag har köpt en Hästen madrass för över 30000 kr av dem och följande har hänt: (1) Först kommer ingen levarna alls; (2) Sedan skickar Sängvaruhuset två madrasser; (3) När jag får besked av DHL att två leveranser kommer komma, ringer jag Sängvaruhuset och påpekar att jag bara beställt en madrass; (4) Sängvaruhuset avbeställer då leveranserna för båda madrasserna och när DHL ringer mig och undrar om detta är korrekt så får jag igen ringa Sängvaruhuset och se till att de på-bokar leveransen av en madrass; (5) Jag får leveransen av madrassen till slut och betalar fakturan som kom via Qliro; (6) Jag får sedan ett krav från Sängvaruhuset / Qliro på ytterligare en till faktura på dryga 30000 kr och jag kontaktar dem och påvisar att jag redan betalt fakturan; (7) Jag får då svar från Sängvaruhuset att jag ändå skall betala faktura nummer två (för en vara som jag påpekar för dem att jag inte beställt och inte mottagit); (8) Jag har nu igen skickat dem bevis på att jag betalat fakturan för madrassen jag beställt och fått och bett dem kreditera den nya felaktiga fakturan och fått ett röstmeddelanden tillbaks att de skall ordna detta samtidigt som jag får en ränte faktura från Qliro på den felaktiga fakturan för något jag inte köpt :)
Jag är nu väldigt trött på att behöva använda massa timmar på att sköta Sängvaruhusets och Qliros uppenbarligen undermåliga förmåga med administration och kundhantering. Fortsättning lär följa inklusive ett svar på denna FB sida som naturligtvis kommer säga att Sängvaruhuset Elgen och Qliro inte gjort något fel :) Jag avråder er bestämt att ha och göra med Sängvaruhuset Elgen och Qliro. Warning for Sängvaruhuset Elgen and Qliro due to extremely careless handling of administration or in the worst case attempted fraud with false invoices! Do not buy from Sängvaruhuset Elgen. I have bought a Hästen mattress for over 30000 SEK from them and the following has happened: (1) At first, no living will come at all; (2) Then the Bedding Store sends two mattresses; (3) When I am told by DHL that two deliveries will arrive, I call the Sängvaruhuset and point out that I have only ordered one mattress; (4) The Bedding Store then cancels the deliveries for both mattresses and when DHL calls me and asks if this is correct, I have to call the Bedding Store again and make sure that they re-book the delivery of a mattress; (5) I get the delivery of the mattress in the end and pay the invoice that came via Qliro; (6) I then receive a demand from Sängvaruhuset / Qliro for another invoice of just over 30000 SEK and I contact them and show that I have already paid the invoice; (7) I then get a reply from the Sängvaruhuset that I still have to pay invoice number two (for an item that I point out to them that I did not order and did not receive); (8) I have now again sent them proof that I paid the invoice for the mattress I ordered and received and asked them to credit the new incorrect invoice and received a voice message back that they will arrange this at the same time as I receive an interest invoice from Qliro on the incorrect invoice for something I did not buy :)
I am now very tired of having to spend a lot of hours managing Sängvaruhuset's and Qliro's apparently substandard ability with administration and customer management. To be continued including a reply on this FB page which of course will say that Sängvaruhuset Elgen and Qliro have done nothing wrong :) I strongly advise you not to have and do with Sängvaruhuset Elgen and Qliro.
