Got a Budapest pastry SPM did not seem fresh (it was way too compact). Changed it to a chocolate biskvie, which also did not seem completely fresh. When I wrote to Thelins I was given the answer that they had a long tradition and always the best quality. If the pastries I got are their measure of good quality then it will never be more Thelins for me. Anders Stockholmers since 1958
