The room was very clean and comfortable. Have been there twice and afraid that it is where it stops. Think that the cosiness down on the spa does not really appear, then the most are different types of saunas and pools, no larger dept of casual "hang". The only staff tried to have the best ability to take orders at the bar and make sure that towels and bathrobes were provided to guests. In the evening the dinner was both my times delayed, the first time it was very guests (still not quite OK because we pre-ordered) the second time it was not so much guests but still delayed. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked something about food/wine, the food was as said late and unfortunately VERY tasteless. All this I guess is due to too little and uneducated staff. The breakfast buffet was very good.
