Do not know what the person who gave grade 2 had drunk before the visit here, but Främling is probably the best I have experienced in years. Creative with a focus on enhancing the taste of each raw material. When I visited Paris, I thought I would find this type of food, instead I find it in my own hometown. We just ordered everything on the menu, but had to order more of the dishes that came out several times. For God's sake, don't miss the Langoustines with roasted corn in bearnaise or the foie gras in deep-fried zucchini flowers.
