Nice venue and good drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was otherwise questionable and the place felt unstructured with questionable service. How they managed to get a Michelin star is completely incomprehensible to us, and the experience is nowhere near other restaurants we have visited with that award.
When we came in, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for our table, even though the staff noticed that we were waiting. It almost felt like they deliberately kept us waiting as they walked past us again and again without the slightest contact. Once at the table we ordered drinks but when we were about to order the food we were told that he did not know if the kitchen could deliver food because the fire alarm had gone off earlier in the evening and they then had to evacuate the premises. He promised to get back to us if we could order food or not. We got the drinks (which were really nice) and they offered olives (many thanks for that), but no feedback if we could order food. A little over an hour later(!) when we had finished the drink and still had no feedback regarding the food, we were dejected, but above all wondering what had happened. Then the same guy comes and asks if we want to order food.
The staff feels disorganized, details and and service very questionable. Sad to have to write a review like this, but above all a sharp criticism to those at Michelin who make their assessments.
