Bought a pair of pants there. After 13 days without even washing it, a part of material was ruined ( my partner noticed it - it was like the material was old or something) went to change it to a new pair since no one should pay for a defected product and Uniqlo should stand by its product and exchange it in case it is defected but the manager said we never had such an issue and we dont change it. I said but explain to me how it had happened, he said: i dont know but we dont change it. So i paid for an old ruined pants since he doesnt feel like changing it! What a customer service 🤢🤮
