Super nice interior and environment, so you just want it to be good BUT unfortunately, what the décor promises does not measure up to the food. Ordered their Linguini scampi and 1: the tomato sauce tasted like something that can be bought canned. 2: There were some sad Argentinian red shrimp (type 3 small) hidden in the tomato sauce that was probably fished out of the can. 3: The fish flatbed on top didn't make it any better. Varken mat eller service var någon vidare. En Talgata på Oxfilé med risotto var i själva verket två tunna skivor oxfile på en bädd av ruccola med en överkokt risotto som var gråbrun och såg ut att vara gjord på samma sås man använder till Oxfilépasta med soja. Dekoration till rätten, två snirklade spelsinskivor! (Alltså inte citron som en Talgata vanligtvis serveras med). Det gick att äta rätten som jag skulle kalla för ngt annat än Talgata men absolut inget jag går dit för igen.
Servicen var tyvärr tafatt och okunnig och hade inte koll på laktosfri mat vilket resulterade i att den laktosintolerant i sällskapet fick just, laktos! Ut med maten och en fråga "vill du ha något annat till"? Eh ja, något utan laktos, som sagt... (vad har ni)? In kom maten med ren risotto istället. När maten var uppäten fick vi aldrig ens frågan om vi ville beställa någon efterrätt så den är än så länge oprövade - tror det kommer förbli så! Varit här en gång tidigare och åt då en pasta, Linguini med hjärtmusslor. Inte den heller någon höjdare. Trist på så bra läge, hade så gärna velat att det skulle vara en riktig Italienare och om inte annat, att få ett leende från personalen!
