Hey Tommy, Want to send you and your amazing team the heartfelt greetings and thanks for a magical dinner and evening at wonderful Aira. The hospitality and professionalism that met us from arrival to departure at midnight just can not be surpassed.
Without going into detail on what was tasaret or even tasare, it eventually became impossible and futile to say, in this range of magnificent creations, anything other than that everything was just fantastically good! As a consequence of this to match up, we will now have to visit better supermarkets and visit shelves at Systembolaget where even nobler drinks are placed...
Also want to send a signal to your team that was fantastically responsive, read and just was there without being "visible". Sitting at chef's table was like sitting in the cockpit of a jumbo jet where everything just floats on without slammer, everyone knows what to do, and sometimes the word "service" is heard and a reaction to this takes place elsewhere in the room. A little surreal.
Luckily, we've taken a plethora of photos that we'll look through in the front, try to rekindle the taste sensations and remember this, in so many ways, magical evening at Aira.
