I had my hair completely sabotaged and bleached with burnt tops (or rather lengths of up to 20cm!!!!!) with a disastrous result to so-called Balayage. ABSOLUTELY no result that I wished, could have fantasized about coming out with or as mentioned during consultation. You are well aware that I made an appointment for Balayage, darker bottom, thin babylight that would naturally be mixed into my hair a soft transition. A lift and refresh and tone down warm shades. You took on your job and we agreed before I sat in the chair. The hairdresser who commutes between me and another customer who also sits with loops and completely ignorant confirmed that the desired result from the references will be super nice. Come out with partly platinum blonde hair in "chewing gum" quality and tops in the worst possible condition, yellow, orange and blue and green shades?!. My outgrowth was left and my hair is completely ruined and falls off in lengths of 5cm-20cm daily!!!!!. You promised to reconnect immediately after the holiday with an action plan which was on Monday but have not received any response or feedback despite several attempts by phone and text message. I am so extremely sad and disappointed, absolutely at this shocking result. Feels completely unreal how you've taken the right to destroy in this disrespectful way so then make me live with it. Will take several years to repair, but above all the treatment where you show 0 interest or commitment to remedying this or finding a plan as promised. Do not understand how to do something like that and then break your word? What's the idea now, that this is going to run into the sand? Or taking the time to send a text message or call is not a sufficient priority just shows selfishness. So unpretentnial and the result speaks for itself. It's not ok at all. This is a nightmare and I do not wish anyone to be exposed to this. I came in with long and well-groomed hair I saved this year and deliberately avoided bleaching and color treatments to maintain quality and save out length that was finally getting closer to the waist! 💔😱. Because no one seems to want or show responsibility from the owners and so now I get to try and hope for a solution through your social media. Has almost gone 3 weeks and nothing about this is OK! Quite incomprehensible and I am shocked at how you have chosen to deal with this in the hope that it will run into the sand or what is the idea? 😓
