Every tantalising taste of a new dish unveils another layer of intentionality in a distinctly thoughtful menu - a testimony to both the skill and sheer dedication of the restaurant’s entire team. After our feast for the senses, meeting owner David Carter left me with the impression that this guy is a legend in the league of London’s leading restaurants.
