Everyone who visits the store/restaurant needs to know that the food served is what would otherwise have been thrown away, which in some cases can be good for the environment, but in this case, serves weeks-old expired food at a hefty price.
The staff do not have a collective agreement and are dismissed left and right with immediate effect. It is a miracle if one gets a contract at all.
The location manager does not adhere to laws regarding either hygiene or staff.
That said, I would have spent my money elsewhere purely on principle.
