Overcharge. Bad food. Condescending and commanding treatment of supervisors/managers and other staff.
The only positive thing about this place is now the shelter when you want to sit close to the water without freezing too much.
The food (the pavilion's burger and Wallenbergare) we got a few minutes after we sat down, had been on the table for quite a while. The burger meat looked like a hockey puck and the slice of cheese that was on the piece of meat had dried out so much that it had become crispy translucent. The hamburger bun was dry. The sauce for the crumbled root vegetable chips had formed a film on top and started to sweat. The coleslaw was of the same temperature as the burger, presumably because the whole tray had been in some type of heating cabinet.
We had to return the food and got our money back. Incredibly condescending and sanctioning treatment both by supervisors on site and also other staff. A star to a staff involved in this who had good treatment.
