I went to Nina for refilling then my regular lash extender had holidays. Nina recommended me to remove everything because she would then put brand new. Okay, I thought then. The result was nice but after some day it started to knit in my eye and I could not see why, let it go a few days but it continued to knit. I called Nina and had to come back at once so that she could investigate the matter, she said it was my own lash that had been bent into the eye so she had to remove it. There and then it felt good but after some hour it started to knit again so I called Nina and had to come back once again. She said it was my own lash again which I thought sounded weird. It ended in any case that Nina had to remove another one of my own lashes and I went home.
After a week I had booked time with my regular lash extender when I always go to her. When she saw Nina's work she was totally horrified, she had never seen anything like that. There was so much glue around my lashes that it was only fortunate that I had no eye infection. However, it ended with that I had to remove all eyelash extensions when my own lashes took such damage that I had to rest from the extension for 4 weeks.
When I confronted Nina with this info so I got an incredibly chilly reception and she was not helpful in any way. I didn't get any money back and no excuse. She fasthöll that her work was 100% even though I had picture evidence. Never again Nina Asgar!
