I used to really like Vurmas grilled sandwiches and coffee, but that was at the closed location on Kungsholmen. Today we went to Vurma at Gästrikegatan, and the service was terrible. The grilled sandwich was made with old bread. We complained, and the staff started to argue that this is the "normal", instead of helping us. I will never go back.
If you really want to try Vurma, try another location.
