I'm NOT happy with Bastards Burger. It became a misery. Extremely dissatisfied with self-ordering that was a hassle, paid for order but didn't get for the checkout doesn't see the prescription for ordering. Ordered at the checkout and paid again. Then I was recommended by the staff that I should contact the finance department and create a case and get the amount deducted from the first order etc. etc. The food itself is another disappointing small baby portions, extremely salted fries and wooden sticks to frozen, stone hard glass. Extremely expensive for the portions. It is not reasonable with the poor quality, service, venue everything. Totally very disappointing!
