The worst hairdressing experience I've ever had. Don't go to Märta! I had booked loops, nuance and cutting. Nothing special to comment on until I saw the results of the loops. Although I paid extra for shade in a cold tone, my hair was yellower than before. The loops were not made next to the scalp and several parts were still dark. In addition, several tests on top of my head were torn off. I lifted it with Märta who became completely forest crazy by this. I started screaming, "I'm not wearing it, I'm not wearing it." Gesticulated wildly, interrupted me and shouted if I don't know what. I told her to calm down several times, but she continued to scream and blame herself. Everything could have worked out if she had redone the shade and lowered the price due to damaged hair. And acted calmly. I ended up leaving Headzone because of a very unpleasant situation. It's been a long time since I've experienced such aggression. I felt scared and very stressed by such incredibly aggressive behavior. Five minutes after I left, a text message came telling her to report me to the police (misspelled). I answered calmly that I could come back to another hairdresser another day and pay. Come back the next day to Erika (who is very good) who cut me. When I was going to pay, I lifted with Märta (who was in the same room) that I would not pay for the shade, as it was non-existent. She began to approach and scream again. She told me what my job was (she had googled me). I ended up with my hair running at $2,300. The highest amount I've ever paid. For a damaged, yellow and badly looped hair. I couldn't take the fight, was so badly affected by her aggressiveness that I started crying, paid and just walked out of there in shock. It seems to be difficult to get money back for failed experiences at hairdressers (as well as terrible treatment). So I can only warn others- don't go to Märta!
