Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with Sparadiset after my treatment in Stockholm a few weeks ago. I received a gift certificate for a one-hour treatment and the treatment itself was very good but the staff at the counter were not used, and afterward, they discovered that it was missing a receipt of my gift card, which meant that I had to pay for the already paid reading (!). This despite the fact that they had seen the gift card and not to say that something was missing.
During the treatment I took from me my necklace and masseur added it on a table in the room. About two hours after the treatment I came because I forgot the collar and went back and then was the necklace away. We were three who were looking into the room and found nothing. The table that the necklace was put on had edges around and didn't look like a so-called "side table". There were other things on the table such as candles and vases which makes me distrust that followed in the wash by accident. According to the staff had no one been treated in the room after me which leads me to believe that someone (I do not single out specific staff) but unfortunately someone has stolen the necklace. The necklace itself was not great material value but a sentimental, and it's very sad that it mysteriously disappeared. The good thing is that when I talked with customer service, they tried to really help me and they arranged that I got my money back relatively fast and I really liked that the masseur was professional and clever but nevertheless I will sadly never going to sparadiset again due to my experiences.
